We, Heritage Property Maintenance (HPM), were involved in multiple house refurbishments last year. One house in particular was significantly fire damaged. Our quote to completely refurbish the house was accepted and our trademen began restoring the property to better-than-its-original condition. This involved a significant amount of work over a number of weeks, but the customer was delighted with the end result. Typically, these are the services we offer to completely refurbish a property or home.
- Roof repair or replacement;
- Individual room stripping;
- Room plastering;
- Celing repair or replaced;

- New bathroom suites or repair to existing bath, shower, toilet and basin;
- Bathroom tiling;

The process of house refurbishment is not complex. After the initial appointment to inspect the property, we will provide a detailed quote for the all the work you want and a completion time. We can work within the time-constraint of our customers including an immediate or future refurb. You can book work with us for 3 months in advanced or longer if required, just call us and provide some basic details.
Our trademen are punctual and professional. We can work on individual rooms or the whole property. Again, we can work within any customers’ requirements.
We are also experiemnced in modern and contemporary materials, designs and techniques. For example.
According to Checkatrade:
“The cost of refurbishing a flat depends how large it is and how much work needs to be done. It also depends on how much of the work you plan to do yourself, if any. Consider speaking to a building contractor who can manage all the work themselves. In flats, space can be at a premium, so a ‘one-stop shop’ contractor is likely to be able to manage all the interfaces between trades.
You can do a basic facelift for around £2,500 (which would include decoration and a general spruce up) or spend as much as £48,000 for a full flat refurbishment covering every room.”
Whatever your budget is for a house refurbishment, call us and provide some details and will arrange an appointment whenever is convenient for you. We will work within your budget and timestraints to provide the best service possible.
